These terms govern the use of the Discussion application and website (the “service”). By registering, by activating your account by clicking the link in the confirmation e-mail, or by continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
The service is operated by Michal Trnka (a natural person, Czech Republic), contact: mitrnka@gmail.com. Discussion is a personal (non-profit) project – a discussion network with chat, calls and games, provided free of charge. The processing of personal data is described in the separate Privacy Policy.
In the service (in discussions, comments, messages, on profiles and in attachments) the following is prohibited in particular:
The operator is entitled in particular to:
Content you post in the service remains yours. By posting content you grant the operator a free permission to technically store, back up, transmit and display the content to other users to the extent corresponding to the functioning of the service (e.g. visibility of a discussion, delivery of a message to its recipient). This permission ends when the content or the account is deleted (except for necessary backups for a transitional period). Only post content to which you hold the necessary rights.
You can report content violating these terms using the “Report” button directly next to a discussion or comment, or by e-mail to mitrnka@gmail.com. The operator will assess the report and may remove the content or block the account.
The service is provided free of charge, “as is”. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of data (backups are performed to a reasonable extent) and is not liable for damage caused by an outage, loss of data or content posted by users. This does not affect rights granted to you by law which cannot be waived.
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account directly in the account settings (My Account → Delete account), or request deletion by e-mail. Details about data deletion are in the Privacy Policy.
The operator may reasonably change these terms (e.g. due to changes in legislation or in the service's features). The current version is always available at this address; users will be informed about substantial changes in the service. By continuing to use the service after a change you agree to the new version.
These terms and the use of the service are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
